While there is absolutely no rest happening here we hope that many folks take the opportunity to check out a bunch of great events happening in our territory in June and July.THIS weekend is the Puntledge River Kayaking Festival in Comox on Vancouver Island - rafting, whitewater kayaking and canoeing. Our friends at Western Canoeing and Kayaking will be there so check out the Jackson Kayak demo boats with them.

June 22nd it's back to Calgary for the Calgary Paddlefest supporting our dealers, Aquabatics and Undercurrents! We will be there representing Jackson Kayaks, Kokatat Watersports Wear and Werner Paddles.
June 29th in the beautiful Okanagan for SUP the South the #2 event in the popular BC SUP Cup Series hosted by Werner Paddles dealer, Sun 'n' Sup of Naramata, BC. Give Eileen a call at the shop 778-514-5594 or email her for more information. Werner Paddles will be sponsoring the BOARD SHUTTLE!!!
July 6th join us at Jericho Beach for the Vancouver Paddlefest. We will be there with all our amazing brands supporting all of our lower mainland dealers. Special guest appearance by Jackson Kayak team angler, Len Zilkowsky (aka the fish whisperer)
July 20th for the love of the great outdoors come out to the Chilliwack Vedder River Clean Up Society's 2nd clean up of the season!!!. We will meet at the Great Blue Heron Reserve in Sardis and disperse from there. Give back to the waterways we enjoy here in the Fraser Valley!!
Also on July 20th is the 4th Annual Callaghan Creek Race in Whistler, BC. The Callaghan Creek Race is a 2 man team, timed race down the full length of Callaghan Creek. This river is under serious threat of development so they need the local paddling communities support. Get this event on your calendar now and learn more about the issues threatening this waterway.
